Preparation
- Check “Install from unknown source” (settings > Security), an alert message will appear, tap Yes
- Check “USB debugging“, at default this option is hidden under developer option, to unhide this option you need go to settings > about > software Information, then tap several time on “Build Number” until a congratulation for unhide “developer option”label appear
- Download and install TowelRoot (link bellow) on your device

Root Asus PadFone S
- Run TowelRoot
- Click “Make it rain” and wait until root process done
- After notification root success, Open Google Playstore and install SuperSu application
- After install and update SuperSU, reboot device
- Done, now your Asus PadFone S is Rooted
